Mushroom Paneer Paratha is delicious dish in which the Indian bread is stuffed with grated paneer. It is a filling and healthy dish usually served with raitha, curd or pickle.

Instructions
  1. in a bowl add wheat, salt and water and make as dough
  2. chop the onion tomato and mushroom and grate the paneer
  3. in pan heat the ghee and add onion and saute it
  4. add tomato and mix well
  5. add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and red chili powder and mix well
  6. add chopped mushroom and grated paneer and mix well
  7. from a dough take a small ball and roll in small shape and stuff the mushroom paneer.
  8. cover and roll it again
  9. in a tawa put the stuff roll and cook it both the side by applying oil
  10. now mushroom paneer paratha is ready to serve. serve with raitha
