  • Parmesan cheese(grated) - 30 g
  • Mushrooms(sliced) - 100 g

  • Tomatoes(cut in round slices) - 2 nos
  • Pitted black olives - 5 nos
  • Fresh thyme(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Fresh oregano(chopped) - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom pizza, first roll out puff pastry in a greased tin.
  2. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese on the pastry.
  3. Now top the puff pastry with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and olives.
  4. Sprinkle chopped thyme and oregano on top and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Mushroom pizza, a nutritious and tasty dish is ready. Serve hot.
