  • Eggs(sliced, hard boiled) - 3 nos
  • Cherry tomatoes - 3/4 cup
  • Button Mushrooms(sliced) - 3/4 cup
  • Chives(chopped) - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Avocado(sliced) - 1 no
  • garlic(crushed) - 1 cloves
  • Terragon vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Orange juice - 2 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Wash the lettuce leaves properly and tear into small pieces.
  2. Take a serving bowl and arrange the lettuce leaves, egg slices, cherry tomatoes, chives, mushrooms and avocado.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together terragon vinegar, crushed garlic and orange juice.
  4. Pour this mixture over the lettuce salad just before serving.
  5. Tips:- :-Terragon vinegar goes well in salad dressings and while making the vinegar, be sure to use French terragon instead of Russian.
  6. :-A good quality butter lettuce will have loose, large heads with thick leaves and green color.
