Ginger

Green chilly

Chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Coriander powder

tsp
Curry powder
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Cumin powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
1/4
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
1/2
tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
1
tbsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Crackle the
cumin seeds
in hot
oil
and add chopped
onion
,
ginger
and
green chillies
. Saute well.
Add chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
coriander powder
,
cumin powder
, curry powder and
salt
. Saute for a minute.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.
Mix well and cook covered for 8 minutes in low flame.
Add
garam masala
and fry in high flame for 3 more minutes.
Mushroom
stir fry, an easy to prepare and tasty
mushroom
side dish recipe for chapathy, bread, roti etc is ready.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
