Instructions
  1. Wash and clean mushroom into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onion saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Next add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir for 3 minutes in low flame.
  5. Add mushrooms to this and mix all properly for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix this mushroom mix with2 spoon water for a minute
  7. Next add milk to this mushroom mix and stir for a minute.
  8. Add coriander leaves to this and boil this for 1 minutes
  9. Now Mushroom stir fry Andra style is ready.
