Instructions
For preparing
mushroom
stir fry, first grind together the ingredients: chilly powder,
coriander powder
,
turmeric powder
,
tomato
,
garlic
,
ginger
and required
salt
to a smooth paste.
Coat the
mushroom
pieces with the ground masala and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a pan and stir fry the marinated
mushroom
pieces until done.
Mushroom
stir fry, a tasty yummy recipe is ready.
