This is a tasty and healthy recipe.All mushroom lovers love this recipe.This is as good as non vegetarian curry.This curry is similar to vegetable theeyal.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add onions saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushroomes to this and saute until raw smell disappears.
  4. In another kadai add grated coconut coriander powder,turmeric powder and chilli powder fry for 2 minutes until it becomes brown colour.
  5. Ground this in a mixer.
  6. Add this ground mix to the mushroom mix in the kadai .
  7. Mix well add water and boil for 5 minutes until the gravy is thick.
  8. Add little more water and boil for 10 minutes.
  9. In a kadai heat oil and add mustards .When mustards splutters add red chilli to this saute for 1 minutes and add this to mushroom curry.
  10. Then boil for 2 minutes.Now mushroom theeyal is ready to serve.
