200 g Mushrooms (finely chopped)1/2 of Coconut (grated)1 no Onion (finely chopped)2 springs Curry leaves1/2 tsp Red chilly powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing mushroom thoran, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onion till it becomes brown in colour.Add chilly powder, grated coconut, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and add mushroom.Do not cover with the lid.
