  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 no

  • Spring onions(chopped) - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder(A pinch) -
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom with capsicum, heat oil in a pan and sautT chopped onion, ginger and green chilly paste.
  2. Add the sliced mushroom, capsicum, pepper and salt. Mix well and add chilly powder.
  3. Pour tomato ketchup and sautT well. Cover and cook for a few minutes in low heat until done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions.
  4. Mushroom with capsicum, a spicy side dish recipe for kids as well as elders, is ready.
