250 g Cauliflower (florets)125 g Mushroom (quartered)2 nos Potatoes (cubes)1 no Capsicum (chopped)1 no Onion (chopped)1/2 tbsp Butter1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Ginger paste1/2 tsp Garlic pasteTurmeric powder (A pinch)1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder (Jeerakam)1 no Bay leaves1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) For preparing mushroom with gobi sabji, sautT cauliflower, cubed potatoes, mushroom and capsicum in butter for 2 minutes. Keep this aside.Put a pan on fire and heat oil. Add bay leaf, onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for few minutes.Now add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds powder.Add vegetables and salt.
