Coriander powder

Ginger
paste

Garlic
paste
Turmeric powder
A pinch

Cumin seeds

Jeerakam

Bay leaves

Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
mushroom
with gobi sabji, sautT cauliflower, cubed potatoes,
mushroom
and
capsicum
in butter for 2 minutes. Keep this aside.
Put a pan on fire and heat
oil
. Add bay leaf,
onion
and
ginger
-
garlic
paste. Saute for few minutes.
Now add chilly powder,
garam masala
,
coriander powder
,
turmeric powder
and
cumin seeds
powder.
Add vegetables and
salt
. Fry for few minutes.
Cook covered till the vegetables are done.
Mushroom
with gobi sabji, a side dish recipe with vegetables, is ready.
