Turmeric powder

Cumin seeds
A pinch, Jeerakam

Fresh
cream

tsp
Pepper

Butter
grated

tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
mushroom
with
green peas
, first grind
tomato
with
turmeric powder
and green chilly.
Heat
oil
in a deep bottomed pan and splutter
cumin seeds
. Saute the chopped
onion
,
garlic
and pepper.
Add the ground
tomato
paste. Fry till the
oil
separates.
Stir in
mushroom
, frozen
green peas
,
salt
and 1/2 cup of
water
.
Cook on a medium heat till all the
water
evaporates.
Garnish with grated butter, fresh
cream
and chopped coriander leaves.
Mushroom
