Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom with green peas, first grind tomato with turmeric powder and green chilly.
  2. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and splutter cumin seeds. Saute the chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
  3. Add the ground tomato paste. Fry till the oil separates.
  4. Stir in mushroom, frozen green peas, salt and 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Cook on a medium heat till all the water evaporates.
  6. Garnish with grated butter, fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Mushroom with green peas, a spicy mushroom recipe, is ready.
