  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • Seera Sambha rice - 1 kg
  • Onion - 7
  • Tomato - 6
  • Ginger garlic paste - 4 tblsp
  • Cloves and cinnamon powder( equal proportion) - 2 tsp
  • Green chili - 4
  • Mint - 1 hand
  • Coriander - 1 hand
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon - 1
  • Cloves - 4
  • Cardamom - 4
  • Cinnamon - 4
  • Red chili powder - 1 tblsp
  • Salt : As required -
  • Oil - 250 gm
  • Ghee - 5 tblsp

Instructions
  1. In a cooker add washed mutton and 1/2 tsp red chili powder, salt little and turmeric and Oil 1 tsp. cook for 2 whistles
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add oil and 3 tsp ghee and Temper cloves, cinnamon, cardamom
  3. Now add onion and saute till brown
  4. Now add Ginger garlic paste and cloves and cinnamon powder saute raw till smell goes
  5. Now add tomato and saute well. cook like in a gravy texture
  6. Now add whole salt and red chili powder and stir well
  7. Now add Mint and coriander leaves and cook well
  8. Now add mutton and mix well. if you have excess water strain from mutton and keep aside.
  9. Now add curd and cook for 5 minutes till oil comes out
  10. Now add lemon juice and add water (for 1 rice cup - 1.5 cup water).bring to boil .Note here you have excess water of mutton add that water and remaining water in that proportion .i.e (for 1 rice cup - 1.5 cup water )
  11. In mean time soak rice and keep aside and when mixture boils add rice and stir well
  12. Dont stir more than 4 times close lid and make dum with heavy weight leave for 10 mins in low flame
  13. Now add Remaining ghee and mix
  14. Now Muslim Biriyani ready
