Mussel Fry Mussel fry with coconut 1 lb Mussel1 no Onion (big)5 tsp Grated coconut2 tsp Coriander powderRed chilly powder (As reqd)1 tsp Garam masala powderSalt (As reqd)Curry leavesOil If you get mussels with shells in your place, boil water and drop the shells in them. Chuck the meat out of it with a spoon or knife after a few minutes. :- You can chop the meat into bits. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Add curry leaves and onion and saute.
