Instructions
  1. For preparing mussel masala, heat coconut oil in a vessel.
  2. Saute onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and fennel seeds.
  3. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander powder, salt, fish masala and tomato. Saute well until the oil separates.
  4. Add in the mussels with required water. Allow it to cook on low flame till done.
  5. Garnish with lime juice.
  6. Mussel masala fry is ready. Serve hot.
