  • Dry chilly paste - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 3 nos
  • Curry leaves(Few) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mussels fry, mix mussels, chilly paste, coriander, turmeric, lime, garam masala, pepper and salt.
  2. Keep it for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour little oil in pan, add mussels and fry well.
  4. When mussels are cooked, add green chillies, curry leaves and coconut.
  5. Fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Mussels fry is ready.
