If you are a fan of indian food then no doubt you are familiar with pakodas.pakodas are prepared in different ways like onion pakoda,bread pakoda,mixed veg pakoda etc..mussels onion pakoda is different from all of this and it tastes delicious..
Add all purpose flour,coriander leaves and water little by little and mix all the ingredients coated well with flour batter.do not add more water unless required.
Heat oil in a pan and take small portion of mixture in a spoon and gentlu drop 4-5 fritters in to the oil.deep fry until they become golden brown in colour.
Mussels onion pakoda is ready .serve it with a hot tea.
