Instructions
  1. Beat egg, salt and sugar till it rises thrice its original amount.
  2. Mix in the cardamom, flour, and semolina thoroughly with a spoon. Don¦t beat while adding flour. The cake will be spoiled otherwise.
  3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, or flat, bottom thick small vessel in low flame.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture to the vessel.
  5. Cook covered for 7-15 minutes in low flame.
  6. You can remove the lid in between once the cake rises.
  7. Unmould and serve it sliced.
