Very tasty - Mutta cake
Instructions
- Mix in the cardamom, flour, and semolina thoroughly with a spoon. Don¦t beat while adding flour. The cake will be spoiled otherwise.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, or flat, bottom thick small vessel in low flame.
- Pour the prepared mixture to the vessel.
- Cook covered for 7-15 minutes in low flame.
- You can remove the lid in between once the cake rises.
- Unmould and serve it sliced.
