Ingredients

Hard Boiled
Egg
1
Tomato
2
Green chilly
3
Shallots
1/2
coconut
Grinded
coconut
1
tsp
Chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
to taste
Oil
as required
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a vessel and sautT shallots in it.
Add
tomato
,
turmeric powder
and chilly powder. SautT again.
Mix in the green chilly,
salt
and
curry leaves
.
Pour the grinded
coconut
and stir well.
Pour
water
as required. Boil.
Mix in the hard boiled eggs and simmer in low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Serve it with pathiri to taste best.
