  • Make maida (plain flour) into a fine paste by mixing water, get a watery consistency.
  • Beat the eggs and add it to maida.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Pour this mix on a nonstick pan on a medium flame.
  • Cook on both sides.
  • Mix the grated coconut with sugar or jaggery.
  • Keep this mix inside the dosa and roll it into a wrap. :- Serve hot!!!
