Instructions
  1. Make maida (plain flour) into a fine paste by mixing water, get a watery consistency.
  2. Beat the eggs and add it to maida.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Pour this mix on a nonstick pan on a medium flame.
  5. Cook on both sides.
  6. Mix the grated coconut with sugar or jaggery.
  7. Keep this mix inside the dosa and roll it into a wrap. :- Serve hot!!!
