Instructions
  1. Mix eggs in a bowl and keep it for 30 mins.
  2. Beat it well using a egg-beater to make it frothy.
  3. Take the beaten froth and make toast them on a dosa tawa.
  4. :- As it will be hard to take it using a spatula, use a knife to take it off the tawa.
  5. Place one on a plate and sprinkle a little sugar over it.
  6. Top it with another one and sprinkle sugar over it.
  7. Repeat the procedure till all the dosas are finished.
  8. Before serving, pour a little rose water over it.
