Instructions
  1. Beat egg, sugar, baking powder and cardamom together.
  2. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick vessel and roast raisins and cashewnut in it. Take it out.
  3. Add more ghee if required and pour the egg mixture to the vessel.
  4. Cook covered for 10-15 minutes in low flame.
  5. In between sprinkle the raisins and cashewnut.
  6. Take it from flame and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Unmould to a serving plate and serve it sliced as tea time snack or while breaking fast.
