Puttu tends to become hard and losses its charm if kept for a few hours. Mutta Puttu is a quick and easy process to revive the lost charm. When blended with eggs and masala powders, puttu is recreated into a wonderful snack that you can relish with a cup of hot chai. Egg Puttu is healthy, wholesome and very filling too. Kids like the snack and it serves a good after-school snack. You can reduce the chilly flavor if kids are involved. The measurements are meant for grown ups and I feel it is apt for them.
