Mutta Thoran is a simple yet delicious dish prepared with very few ingredients that are easily available. I have termed Scrambled Eggs With Coconut as my super dish. Here grated coconut is roasted in coconut oil that adds more flavor to the eggs. I love the flavor of roasted coconut. The roasted aroma of coconut is something I always cherish and love.   • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add green chilly, turmeric powder and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the grated coconut, Roast till they turn dry and an aroma is released.
  • Finally pour the eggs to the pan on top of the masala. Fry till the content looks dry. That’s the Thoran consistency .
  • Egg Thoran is ready. Serve hot.
