Muttayappam is a traditional breakfast dish of North Malabar served usually with non vegetarian dishes. Muttayappam tastes yummy and delicious and serves as a wholesome nutritious dish with chicken or mutton curry. Muttayappam is unique and special with ground rice mixture blended with egg and deep fried in hot boiling oil. Muttayappam can also be served as snacks for tea time.
