Instructions
  1. For preparing mutter mushroom curry, first cook peas in pressure cooker. Retain the water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion. Fry well. Add green chillies, garlic and saute again.
  3. Add chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  4. Add mushroom and cook it. Add the cooked peas with water. Boil for a while.
  5. Add the cashew paste and boil again.
  6. Add cream and stir. Remove from flame.
  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot. Mutter mushroom curry is ready.
