Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

Cumin powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
2
tsp
Chilly powder

Full
cream

tbsp
Cashew nut paste
Salt
As rqed
Instructions
For preparing mutter
mushroom
curry, first cook peas in pressure cooker. Retain the
water
.
Heat
oil
in a pan, add
cumin seeds
and
onion
. Fry well. Add
green chillies
,
garlic
and saute again.
Add chilly powder,
cumin powder
,
coriander powder
and
salt
.
Add
mushroom
and cook it. Add the cooked peas with
water
. Boil for a while.
Add the cashew paste and boil again.
Add
cream
and stir. Remove from flame.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot. Mutter
mushroom
curry is ready.
