Instructions
  1. For preparing Mutter Paneer Curry, first deep fry paneer cubes till light brown. Dip in warm water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Soak peas for 1/2 hr (if you are using dry green peas).
  3. Shell the mutter and keep aside.
  4. Fry the onion paste in hot oil till it becomes light brown.
  5. Add garlic paste, ginger paste and tomato paste resp.
  6. Fry till oil separates.
  7. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, peas and water.
  8. Cook until peas are done.
  9. Add soaked paneer cubes and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
  10. Garnish Mutter Paneer Curry with fresh coriander leaves.
