Instructions Cook the meat with water, salt, turmeric powder and finely chopped ginger. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. Saute the onions until it turns pale pink. Add the green chillies, ginger and garlic and continue to saute. Mix together all the powders with a little water and make it into a smooth paste. Add this masala paste along with tomato pieces and saute, until the oil starts to separate. Add the gravy of the cooked meat alone and heat until it starts to thicken. Add the cooked meat and mix well. Continue to heat until it turns dry. Remove from fire. Reply Cigi & Vinod August 1, 2008 - 12:00 amWe tried with a little difference by giving it a kerala touch by slightly reducing green chilly and by adding curry leaves at the final stage. It turned out extremely tasty. 10 green chillies are terribly too much. 5-6 will be enough.
