Instructions
  1. For preparing Mutton Chilly Masala, first heat oil in a pan and saute ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add the washed mutton and fry them well.
  3. Add turmeric powder and salt and remove from flame.
  4. Prepare a paste of small onions, cumin seeds, green chilly and pepper.
  5. Heat oil in a separate pan and add the onion paste and fry well.
  6. Add the boiled meat to the above mixture and cook well in a pressure cooker until done.
  7. When cooked, add the coconut milk. When it starts to boil, remove from the flame.
  8. Mutton Chilly Masala with its yummy flavor and aroma is ready.
