  • Pressure cook the toor dhal along with meet,green chilli and salt and let it cook about 5 whistles.
  • After the pressure goes remove the lid and smash the dhal and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masalas and sauté until it gives a nice aroma
  • Then add chopped onions till it becomes transparent.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste,let them to saute well till the raw smell goes off.
  • Add chopped tomatoes to it.
  • Then add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and saute it for a minute.
  • Add the chopped vegetables.
  • Then add the smashed dhal and meat mixture and then add required amount of water and salt.
  • Add tamarind pulp. You can adjust the tamarind pulp according to your choice.
  • Finally add the coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • Yummy and delicious Mutton Dalsa is ready to serve. Have it with idiappam,aappam or with ghee rice.
