Instructions
  1. mince the mutton and clean and wash it
  2. chop the onion, tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic
  3. in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, ginger and garlic
  4. add onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  5. add tomato and green chili and mix well
  6. add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander masala and mix well
  7. add minced mutton and mix well
  8. add 4 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
  9. once the mutton get cooked add egg
  10. mix well and allow to cook in medium flame
  11. once the egg mix well with mutton, turn off the flame
  12. now mutton egg burji is ready to serve
