Mutton Gravy Easy Simple and tasty mutton gravy 1 lb Mutton2 tsp Oil1 no Onion (medium)3 nos Tomato (medium)4 nos Garlic pods (medium)Ginger (A small piece)2 tsp Coriander powder4 nos Red chillies1 tsp Whole pepper1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)3 cups WaterCurry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (A few)Salt (As reqd) Pressur cook mutton along with onion and water, upto 2 whistles.Grind together tomato, garlic, ginger, red chillies, pepper and cumin seeds.Add the ground mixture into the opened cooker.Add oil, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and coriander powder.Boil it on a low flame, until the gravy gets thick.:- Serve with rice, parotha and chappathis.
