Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and temper fennel seeds and onion and saute well
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton. saute well
  3. Now add curry powder, salt , water and cook till mutton cooks
  4. Now keema iis ready and keep aside
  5. Heat paniyaram pan add oil in each whole and 1/4 whole batter
  6. Now add 1 tsp of keema mixture
  7. Now add beaten egg in pan
  8. Cook both side evenly in a medium flame
  9. Now its ready to serve Mutton Keema muttai paniyaram
