Instructions
  1. For preparing the tasty dish, first clean the mutton liver well. Wash well and drain.
  2. Heat a kadai and add oil. When its hot, add the sliced onion and crushed ginger and garlic.
  3. Sauté it well and then add the crushed spices (perumjeerakam, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and pepper).
  4. Stir well and then add chopped tomato and green chilly to it.
  5. When its sauteed well then add leaves.
  6. Add pudina leaves and little of coriander leaves to it.
  7. Stir well and add turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add sliced liver to it.
  10. Mix it well.
  11. Add little water to it and close the pan for 10 minutes and let it cook.
  12. Then add the coriander leaves and off the flame.
  13. Our dish is ready to serve. The nutritious dish is very easy to prepare and even bachelors and newcomers can give a bold try.
