  • For preparing the tasty dish, first clean the mutton liver well. Wash well and drain.
  • Heat a kadai and add oil. When its hot, add the sliced onion and crushed ginger and garlic.
  • Sauté it well and then add the crushed spices (perumjeerakam, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and pepper).
  • Stir well and then add chopped tomato and green chilly to it.
  • When its sauteed well then add leaves.
  • Add pudina leaves and little of coriander leaves to it.
  • Stir well and add turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add sliced liver to it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add little water to it and close the pan for 10 minutes and let it cook.
  • Then add the coriander leaves and off the flame.
  • Our dish is ready to serve. The nutritious dish is very easy to prepare and even bachelors and newcomers can give a bold try.
