Instructions
  1. Marinate the cleaned liver pieces with all the powders and salt for at least half an hour.
  2. Heat a thick-bottomed vessel, add oil and saute onions and curry leaves.
  3. After it turns translucent, add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the fresh smell is gone.
  4. Add the marinated liver pieces to the pan and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  5. After all the water has dried up, add more oil if needed.
  6. Fry stirring in between, also check the level of salt. :-Do not fry for more than 5-10 mins or else liver would turn hard.
  7. :- Mutton Liver Fry - Kerala Style is ready!!
