Instructions
  1. Wash the mutton thoroughly and drain water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  4. Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
  5. Add all the masala.
  6. Finally add the liver and mix well.
  7. Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  9. :- Serve with bread or roti.
