Mutton Magic
Tasty south indian mutton curry
Ingredients
- 1k g Mutton
- 3 nos Onions medium size
- 3 nos Tomato medium size
- 5 nos Green chillies
- 50 gms Ginger
- 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 50 gms Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chilli powder
- 3 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup Coconut Grated
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves few
- 50 ml Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and drain mutton.
- Slice onions, green chillies, tomatoes.
- Grind together, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder, and garam masala.
- Mix well with your hands and keep it aside for 10 minutes and pressure cook it for 6 - 7 whistles.
- Soak cashew nuts, poppy seeds and grind together with grated coconut to a smooth paste.
- Add the cashew paste and add curry leaves and corriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with Rice or breads!!!
