Mutton Paalak Curry A deadly combination of mutton and paalak 1 kg Mutton10 tsp Spinach (Paalak)4 pieces Onion2 tsp Green chillies6 tsp Red chilly+ginger+garlicSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Oil – 2Coriander leaves for garnishing Heat oil in a pan.Add onions along with chadhakiya (green chilly) and saute till they become brown in colour.Add mutton.Add the red chilly, ginger, garlic solution along with salt.Cover the pan and allow it to cook.Add paalak and cook for about 2 min.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve hot.
