Instructions
  1. chop the onion, tomato,green chili, ginger and garlic
  2. make dough from maida and wheat flour
  3. in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, ginger and garlic
  4. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  5. add tomato and green chili and mix well
  6. add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well
  7. chop the mutton into small pieces and wash it
  8. add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  9. add 4 glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
  10. once the mutton get cooked and water get dry add egg
  11. mix well
  12. and allow to cook until the egg get mix well with mutton
  13. from the dough take small ball and rool it and stuff the mutton masala
  14. cover and again roll it
  15. heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying oil
  16. turn the side apply oil and cook it
  17. mutton paratha is ready serve
