Mutton Paratha

Stuffed Mutton paratha is a perfect recipe to try out during Ramzan. It is tasty, filling and nutritious.

  • chop the onion, tomato,green chili, ginger and garlic
  • make dough from maida and wheat flour
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  • add tomato and green chili and mix well
  • add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well
  • chop the mutton into small pieces and wash it
  • add mutton and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  • add 4 glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
  • once the mutton get cooked and water get dry add egg
  • mix well
  • and allow to cook until the egg get mix well with mutton
  • from the dough take small ball and rool it and stuff the mutton masala
  • cover and again roll it
  • heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying oil
  • turn the side apply oil and cook it
  • mutton paratha is ready serve
