Instructions
  1. chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves
  2. in a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the cardamom, cinnamom, clove,aniseed and bay leaves
  3. add onion and green chilli and saute it till the onion turn into brown
  4. add tomato and saute it for 2 mins
  5. add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix it
  6. add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to boil until the raw smell goes out
  7. add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder, lime juice and mix well
  8. add mutton and mix well and allow to boil for 15 mins in medium flame
  9. after 15 mins add required water to boil the mutton and close the lid and allow to boil until the mutton get boiled
  10. boil the basmati rice seperately
  11. once the mutton get boil and masala becomes thick consistence add boiled rice and mix well
  12. mutton pulao is ready, serve with raitha and salna
