  • Mutton bone and brain : 1 head of goat -
  • Crushed coriander : 2 tsp -
  • Crushed pepper : 2 - 3 tsp
  • Ghee : ½ tsp -
  • Curry leaves : 20 leaves -
  • Small onion / onion : 2 tsp chopped -
  • Mustard : 1 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the brain and bones.
  2. In a cooker add this bone and brain, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, salt, some curry leaves and pinch of turmeric powder.
  3. Add 4 cups of water, stir, cover and cook till the soup for 1 cup.
  4. Enter Step
  5. Drain it.
  6. Heat ghee in a pan add mustard, splutter, add chopped onion and curry leaves.
  7. Stir till it golden colour. [don’t burn it]
  8. Add the soup in to it.
  9. Stir well and serve hot.
