Wash and clean the mutton pieces.2) Marinate the mutton with coriander, chilli flakes, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste (2 tsp), meat masala, pepper, vinegar and required salt.
Keep aside for ½ and hour.4) Cook the mutton in a pressure cooker with little water and make it dry.5) In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the freshly crushed garam masala, shallots, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the mutton pieces and fry well. Do not add water.7) Saute the mutton in low flame.
