Muyal Erachi Fry Naadan recipe for Rabbit Fry 1/2 kg Rabbit (cut into small pieces)1 - Turmeric powder2 tbsp Pepper powder1 tbsp Ginger paste1 tbsp Garlic pasteSalt (As reqd)Curry leaves (A few)Refined oil for frying Marinate the meat pieces with all the ingredients (except curry leaves) for atleast 30 mins.Fry them in oil, till done.:- Rabbit meat tends to cook fast. So pls keep that in mind while frying.Saute curry leaves in a tsp of oil.Garnish the fried meat pieces with the sauteed curry leaves. Kerala
I tried it. Its very tasty and easy. I did a small variation tho, instead of pepper powder i used chilly powder. Good to have with drinks 😉
