Mysore bonda recipe is a hot favorite snack from traditional Mysore cuisine. Mysore bondas are fried dumplings made with flour, yogurt and spices. They are crispy outside and fluffy inside. They make a delightful treat for our taste buds. These bondas are best served as evening snack along with chutneys.

  • cooking soda 1 pinch -
  • butter milk 1 cup -
  • cumin seeds 1 sp. -
  • chop ginger 1/2 sp -
  • green chili chop 1 sp -
  • grated coconut 1 sp -

Instructions
  1. take maida, rice flour, cooking soda, and salt together.
  2. to this add cumin ,chop ginger, green chili, grated coconut.
  3. add butter milk to this and make hard paste. and allow to rest for 10 minutes
  4. after 10 mins, wet hands and make small dumplings ,deep fry in oil.
  5. serve hot with coconut chutney
