Instructions
  1. Cook the jack fruit in water with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and dry roast coconut, dry red chilly, shallots, cumin seeds and garlic.
  3. Mix the roasted coconut mixture with cooked jack fruit.
