Instructions
  1. Heat oil and fry onions till it is brown in colour.
  2. Grind together ginger, garlic and green chilli and add to the onions.
  3. Fry till the raw smell is gone and then add tomato. Fry till the tomato is cooked properly.
  4. :- Make sure the flame is low while adding these so that it doesn’t get burnt.
  5. Add thoroughly washed chicken to this.
  6. Put the flame on high. Stir well and cook the chicken this way for 5 minutes..
  7. Now add one cup of water. Stir once.
  8. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame.
  9. When the chicken is cooked, turn off the flame.
  10. Garnish the curry with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  11. :- Serve with rice or chappathis.
