Instructions
  1. For preparing Naadan Mathi Vattichathu, first clean sardines and wash well. Drain well. Stir in masala powders over sardines.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cup water and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds. When it Start to splutter, add curry leaves and crushed garlic and saute for few seconds.
  4. Add tomato and green chilly.
  5. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add sardine along with masala water. Cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
  7. Tasty naadan mathi vattichathu is ready.
