Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and 3 stems of curry leaves and saute till onion becomes slight golden brown colour.
  4. Add 1/2 spoon of coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  5. Add kokum and fenugreek.
  6. Add enough water, 2 stems of curry leaves and salt and mix well.
  7. Add fish pieces into it and cook for 12 - 15 mins.
  8. :- This is very delicious Kerala fish curry... please try it...
