Naadan Meen Karri With Kudam Puli Kudampulli etta naadan meen curry 1/4 kg Fish (King Fish)5 nos Kokum (Kudam puli)2 tbsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tbsp Coriander powder1 no Onion (big)or8 - Shallots (Kunjulli)Ginger (A medium size piece)2 nos Green chillies7 nos Garlic pods5 stems Curry leaves1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds1/2 tbsp Fenugreek (Uluva)Salt (As reqd)4 - Water Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and 3 stems of curry leaves and saute till onion becomes slight golden brown colour.Add 1/2 spoon of coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Add kokum and fenugreek.Add enough water, 2 stems of curry leaves and salt and mix well.Add fish pieces into it and cook for 12 - 15 mins.:- This is very delicious Kerala fish curry... please try it...
