Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add all the masala ingredients.
  3. When the coconut becomes golden brown, remove from fire.
  4. Grind these masala ingredients & keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in another pan.
  6. Saute onion, ginger & garlic.
  7. When onion becomes soft, add all masala powders & stir for 5 mins.
  8. Add medium thick coconut milk.
  9. When it starts boiling, add mutton pieces.
  10. When mutton pieces are cooked well, add the grounded masala & mix well.
  11. Add thick coconut milk & keep for 5 more mins.
  12. Heat oil in a small pan.
  13. Splutter mustard seeds.
  14. Add small onion & curry leaves.
  15. When onion becomes brown, pour it over mutton curry.
  16. :- Serve hot with Pathiri, chappathi or rice.

I`ve just made this with the leftovers from a roast shoulder of lamb (still pink) and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
