Instructions
  1. Soak grated bitter gourd in salted water for 5 minutes and then drain the water well.
  2. Mix the bitter gourd, coconut, salt, green chilli, onion and salt well with hand.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Splutter mustard sseds.
  5. Add ginger.
  6. Add the bitter gourd mix. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle little water. Cover and cook till all the water has dried up.
