Instructions
  1. Mix the all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, yogurt in a bowl.
  2. In another tumbler, put sugar, yeast, warm water and wait for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the above 2 items in to the bowl and mix the dough using a wooden spoon. :- Use oil to make it smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and keep it for 2 hours. :- At that time the dough will be double in its size and it will be very soft.
  5. Make lemon sized dough and roll it to oval shape :-Do not make it too thin.
  6. Arrange it in cookie sheet.
  7. Preheat oven to 500F and put it in high broil.
  8. Place the cookie sheet inside for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. After taking from the oven, apply butter on the top of the naan.
  10. :- Serve hot!!!
